Had an unexpected boost on the way to clearing things today, read the gas meter and found the gas people owed us £250 approx! So that pays the next couple of bills. Very pleased about that. 1016 days to go by the way.

Had a new bill from them within a few days noting the new amount. Course, they are holding it against future bolls, but thats ok all things considered.

Good luck in trying to get it back - I'm still awaiting cheques back from British Gas from last October and it took my Dad about 18 months to get something from Powergen!
